Naomi is the founder of Vision Yoga
As a Yoga Teacher for over 20 years, I’ve worked with people who are registered blind, people who use a wheelchair and people with a great range of physical and mental health issues.
My life changed when I realised I could heal my vision naturally. You can find out about how I transformed my eyesight on my Natural Vision Journey.
That’s why I developed Vision Yoga, which combines natural vision therapy with somatic movement and yoga. I have found that with the right approach, connection and healing are available to all.
I became the Owner and Manager of Bristol Yoga Centre in 2017. It has been a great privilege to work with our many wonderful teachers and see them develop.
I have practised many styles of Yoga and as my personal yoga practice has evolved, I have become more interested in engaging with the subtle experiences of the body and mind. This has naturally led me to a more mindful, intuitive approach, which I am so happy to share with my students.
I have found that with the right approach, connection and healing are available to all.
